Lynch Law is an experienced local Sunshine Coast firm practicing in Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills, Estates, Business & Leasing, Personal Injury, Retirement Villages, Mortgages & Certifications.

 

We service Tewantin, Noosa, Gympie & Mary Valley region and Sunshine Coast Hinterland areas, providing quality legal services to our local community.

 

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Handle property conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

  • Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the supervision of our solicitors.

  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with procedures, all relevant laws and regulations.

 

🎯 To be successful you must have:

  • 2+ years experience (commercial conveyancing experience an advantage).

  • Knowledge of legal software (preferably ActionStep), PEXA and QRO Online.

  • High level of time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • A knowledge of Actionstep is an advantage, but not essential as we provide training.
